EVC Property Management Ltd are delighted to announce that Emma Catterall was a winner at the 2021 PM50 awards. These awards are all about recognising & celebrating excellence in residential property management.
Each category in the awards had its own score sheet and the judges were looking at the following where relevant:

The judges were Michael Howard, Matthew Mackintosh, Samantha Massey, Rajeev Nayyar, & Cassandra Zanelli.
Emma said, “I am so happy to be recognised for my role in property management. I am really passionate about what I do, and I know how much work goes into being a property manager. It can be really gruelling at times, so its wonderful to receive this award. Thank you to all at PM50, the organisers and the judges and of course congratulations to all the winners.”
