Commercial Service Charge Management
This is similar to block management, but in a commercial sense.
The management of the communal areas may be internal for example, the stairwell and hallways of a block of offices.
The management of communal could be external only for example, gardens, car parks, leisure facilities or amenity areas. This may be where there are a group of commercial units such as industrial units, which could all be owned freehold or leasehold and the external areas are accessed and shared by each unit. There will often be a management company for the managing agent to administer too.
